PLANT MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER

Italian manufacturer, specialized in producing and selling pumps all over the world, is searching for a new General Manager for Chinese Plant. Workplace: Chinese subsidiary placed in Tianjin.

The Applicant will have the following responsibilities:
- He/she, reporting directly to the Italian headquarters, will be in charge of the economic, managerial and operative results of the productive unit, and of the identification of the necessary plans and strategies to achieve the fixed objectives, with particular attention to the necessities of the Chinese market.
The ideal Applicant will have the following characteristics:
- Age range 28-40;
- Previous and significant working experience in China, which has led the Applicant to develop a real and proved managerial  culture. It will be a preferential title to have already covered the role proposed in this vacancy;
- Fluent knowledge of the Chinese, English and Italian languages;
- Great capacity to manage business and people;
- Authoritativeness and incisiveness;
- Tolerance towards stress.
It is essential the availability to reside, permanently or for a long time (4-6 years), in loco.
